The CastWorks communication system was a joint project between the the Pekkin of Hubbis and the Drome Tammet, and to this day it's common to see a sizable Pekkin population still living and working in Tammet.

Unlike many of the other people of Atimar, Pekkin don't seem to mind living the Drome life. But then again, Pekkin have proven themselves capable of living just about any where they choose.
